Welcome to the KIC WAY 3 Day experience where ministry and business are braided. The highlight of ministry and its leadership is the foundation of any business. Therefore here at the KIC WAY you will embrace the dynamics of education, worship, and entrepreneurial skills.  Be prepared to network with sheperds of the flocks and  business CEO's/PRESIDENTS of corprations during workshops and the service. The evening worship experience is open to the public.
